What makes a strong contribution

Start with a specific problem, development, or question that matters to property managers. Explain what readers can learn and support your points with concrete examples or credible sources.

Submissions should be original, accurate, and useful. Disclose relevant affiliations, commercial relationships, and any AI assistance used to prepare your submission. Do not include confidential information or identifying details about residents, applicants, or employees without appropriate permission.

We welcome expertise from vendors and service providers, but contributions must offer substantive value rather than promote a company, product, or service. Sales pitches, promotional copy, and articles created primarily to obtain backlinks are not suitable for editorial publication.
